SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Zewearsy ("we", "us", "our") to customers in the United States and Canada who have opted in to receive text messages.

1. Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive marketing and transactional text messages from Zewearsy, including new arrivals, restocks, promotions, cart reminders, and order updates.

2. Consent

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from zewearsy.com without providing your phone number. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages at that number.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month. Transactional messages (for example, order or shipping updates) may be sent as needed.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Zewearsy does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@zewearsy.com. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing texts; you may still receive transactional messages related to an order where permitted by law.

6. Delivery

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
