When will I receive the invoice for my order?
You can receive your invoice after pay your orders. to do that please follow this steps:
1. Check your email for the order confirmation email from the store.
2. Open the email and look for a link to view your order.
3. Click on the link to access your order details.
4. Look for an option to download or print the invoice.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days.

If i have problem with the Delivery, What should i do?
If our shipping provider cannot make delivery to you at the provided shipping address, an additional attempt will be made the following business day. In case of a second failure to deliver, the parcel will be sent back and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. If your parcel has been sent back, please call our Customer Care team for assistance.
What Shipping Company is used to send the order?
In general we use DHL Express for shipping to all countries. But if the customer has a special address that cannot be reached by DHL Express, we will use other shipping companies such as Singapore Post and USPS
Can I return my order?
We have a 14-day No question asked return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Post 14 days from receipt of item, you will not be able to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
