When will I receive my order?

United States & Canada: typically 10–15 business days
Europe (EU & UK): typically 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: typically 10–18 business days
Rest of the world: typically 12–25 business days

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

You can receive your invoice after pay your orders. to do that please follow this steps:
1. Check your email for the order confirmation email from the store.
2. Open the email and look for a link to view your order.
3. Click on the link to access your order details.
4. Look for an option to download or print the invoice.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll be notified by email with a tracking number where available.
Total delivery is usually about 10–15 business days to the US & Canada, 10–20 to Europe, 10–18 to Australia & NZ, and 12–25 elsewhere — after processing.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

United States, Canada & Australia: we ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) — the price you see is the final price. No import duties or taxes to pay, and no surprise fees at delivery.

Other countries: import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility — we can't predict or cover them. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. See our Taxes & Customs guide.

Can I return my order?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Exceptions: Final Sale items, gift cards, and free promotional items can't be returned. Full Return & Refund Policy.

My ordered product is damaged, what should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping costs on you.

Can I exchange my order or swap sizes?

Yes — size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Return shipping and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. US, Canada & Australia: any import duties or customs charges on the return shipment (from your country to Indonesia) are also yours — the replacement shipment to you is DDP — no duties or taxes to pay. All other countries: import duties or customs charges on both the return and the replacement shipment are yours. Prefer a different product? Simply return your item and place a new order.

How do I know which size to order?

Every product page has a Size Chart — please check it before ordering (our items follow Asian sizing, so sizing up is often recommended).

After you place your order, our team also sends a sizing confirmation email within 24 hours. Just reply with your usual size and we will double-check the best fit before your order ships.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept PayPal (including credit and debit card payments through PayPal) and Payoneer. All prices are charged in USD.
