We have a 14-day No question asked return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Post 14 days from receipt of item, you will not be able to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal hygiene product (such as masks, Undergarments & Socks).

To start a return follow the below steps :
Please write to us at info@zewearsy.com or whatsapp us at +62 856-4854-4827 with your order number and issue. We may need you to send us some pictures of issue before the return is accepted.
We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on zewearsy.com at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Once the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 days for it to appear on your bank/credit card statement.
We may also ask for your bank details or Paypal account email to initiate an immediate refund.
Please note that collection fees will be excluded from your refund unless the returned item is damaged or not as ordered.
